SO impressed from start to finish when I shipped my iPad 2 to Auckland for a cracked screen replacement. The staff from Dr Mobiles called me up upon receiving my beloved iPad 2 for repair and another to say it had been fixed and to organise online banking payment a few hours later. Posted it from country Victoria Monday pm, they ship it out and we get in sooner that we expected. This is the of best professional repair centre in Auckland! Very professional and friendly chaps, they are knowledgable, professional. Could not ask for more. I liked that the chap who I spoke to (inside a shopping mall) tried hard and "forced" me to buy the more expensive screen. My mates and I have recommended Dr Mobiles Limited to a few people already!
Hope that I don't have to use your repair service again (or too soon!) but if I am unfortunate enough to have a broken iPhone 4S; with no doubt I will use your professional service without hesitation.

By surprise, I received a courtesy phone call within few hours and found out what was with my iPhone (mild corrosion and system flex was faulty) quoted me a reasonable repair cost. I was very thrilled and happy to get my problem solved without a hassle. To tell you the truth, I am more than happy with their service and would absolutely recommend Dr Mobiles just about to anyone. They also placed a high quality screen protector for my iPhone (without the bubbles)! We sure need more professional repair centres like Dr Mobiles Limited in New Zealand as they are too many semi-pro out there! I'd a power button problem with my iPhone 4 and I called Dr Mobiles for repair. I got my iPhone 4 repaired with 45 minutes while I went for walk in the Takapuna shopping mall. I am absolutely amazed by the efficiencies of Dr Mobiles Limited. Needless to say that we live out in the country where getting customer service and phone repair is very challenging at times; thank goodness we have Dr Mobiles to sort us out! My Apple iphone 4 was just out of warranty and stopped charging. I went to Vodafone and they said it will cost me quite a bit and 3 weeks wait. Not happy with that I found Dr Mobiles Limited on Google and contacted them. The friendly staff informed me that they will inspect it my iPhone 4 at no cost and tell me what are the repair options/cost. I dropped my iPhone for a FREE inspection and even provided with a FREE loan phone during the inspection period.

I found Dr Mobiles Limited when I had a broken iPhone on a Sunday - they kindly opened their shop especially for me! I can't recommend Dr Mobiles Limited enough - I have referred many people to them because of their fast and friendly service, and the fact that they always do an amazing job within my budget. I was referred to dr mobile by a friend. I had a broken iphone that was going to take 3 weeks to fix if i took it back to the manufacturer. So i took it into dr mobile late on a saturday afternoon and was surprised when I was told my phone would be ready in 30 minutes! Dr mobile offer a very professional service with competitive pricing. They are also willing to go the extra distance to ensure you get the service and help you require. I would recommend contacting Dr Mobile before you go anywhere else!

Dr Mobiles never failed to surprise their customer. The are indeed amazing!! I cracked my iPhone 4S screen and the back had a crack in it and i wanted it changed to white when i had the repairs done! We were really impressed from start to finish when I sent my iPad to Dr Mobiles in Auckland for a screen replacement.. I received a call and adviced that it had arrived safely. The next few hours, I get another another call to say it had been fixed and to organise payment for the repair. I courier it in on a Monday from Queenstown and get it back by Thursday! In my opinion, Dr Mobile Limited is very helpful and provides efficient service at every contact. From now on, all my mates in Queenstown will use Dr Mobiles Limited for all our "i" product repair and unlocking!
